Joint Arthritis Treatment
Joint arthritis is one of the most common causes of chronic pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility. As cartilage gradually wears down, everyday activities such as walking, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, or even gripping objects can become increasingly difficult. Many patients begin looking into chronic joint pain treatment only after conservative care has stopped providing meaningful relief.
At Cendant Stem Cell Center, we provide advanced regenerative medicine solutions designed to support the body’s natural healing response and help patients explore non-surgical arthritis treatment options. Our personalized approach to joint arthritis treatment focuses on improving comfort, restoring function, and helping patients maintain an active lifestyle.
Helping You Move More Comfortably Starts Here
Joint arthritis can affect nearly every aspect of daily life. Whether symptoms are caused by age-related degeneration, previous injuries, or years of repetitive wear, arthritis often progresses gradually and may begin limiting your mobility before you realize it.
At Cendant Stem Cell Center, our physicians take a comprehensive approach to evaluating joint arthritis. We create personalized regenerative medicine treatment plans based on your symptoms, affected joints, activity level, and long-term goals. Patients seeking arthritis treatment in Denver and across our regional locations start with that same detailed evaluation.
Our objective is to help you reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and continue enjoying the activities that matter most. Because no two cases progress the same way, joint arthritis treatment is always built around the individual rather than a standard protocol.
Joint Arthritis Conditions Commonly
Evaluated for Stem Cell Therapy
Arthritis can develop in nearly any joint in the body. The six joints below are the ones our physicians most frequently evaluate when planning joint arthritis treatment.
Knee Arthritis
One of the most common forms of osteoarthritis, often causing pain, stiffness, swelling, and difficulty walking or climbing stairs.
Hip Arthritis
Can cause persistent hip pain, reduced flexibility, and discomfort during standing, walking, or everyday movement.
Shoulder Arthritis
May affect arm movement, strength, and range of motion, making everyday tasks more challenging.
Wrist Arthritis
Often causes pain, stiffness, weakness, and reduced grip strength during routine activities. Wrist arthritis treatment focuses on protecting grip strength and preserving comfortable hand function.
Elbow Arthritis
May lead to joint discomfort, swelling, stiffness, and difficulty bending or lifting objects. Elbow arthritis treatment is aimed at restoring range of motion and reducing strain during lifting.
Ankle Arthritis
Can affect balance, walking, and weight-bearing activities while causing chronic pain and swelling.
How Regenerative Medicine Works
Stem cells are often referred to as the body’s natural repair cells because of their ability to support tissue regeneration and healing processes. Depending on the severity of joint arthritis and the affected joint, physicians may recommend a combination of regenerative therapies. Regenerative medicine for joint pain works by creating conditions that support the body’s own repair activity rather than replacing the damaged joint.
Stem Cells
Stem cell injections for arthritis are designed to support the body’s natural repair and regenerative processes.
PRP
Platelet-rich plasma containing natural growth factors that may support the healing response.
Extracellular Matrix
Provides structural support that helps create an environment favorable for tissue repair.
The goal is to support the body’s natural healing response while helping patients reduce joint discomfort, improve mobility, and maintain an active lifestyle. Together, these three therapies form the foundation of regenerative medicine for arthritis at Cendant Stem Cell Center.
Potential Benefits of Stem Cell
Therapy for Joint Arthritis
Reduced Joint Pain
May help reduce discomfort associated with arthritis and joint degeneration. Stem cell therapy for joint pain is intended to address the affected tissue rather than mask symptoms.
Support for Cartilage Health
Designed to promote a healthier environment for joint tissues and surrounding structures, which is central to degenerative joint disease treatment.
Improved Mobility
Supports healthier joint movement, flexibility, and overall function.
Avoid or Delay Joint Replacement Surgery

I had a phenomenal stem cell treatment at Cendant! I play several sports and have a case of ankle arthritis and tendonitis. Dr. Boland went over my history of symtoms, gave clear answers to questions and provided a solution to the pain. After the procedure, I advanced very quickly. Within two months I was training, and competing by month four. I'm grateful and recommend them to anyone who wants to skip the cortizone and get out of pain fast.

I'm a patient of Dr. Lann with Cendant Stem Cell Center. Before connecting with this clinic, I was told about stem cell treatment for foot neuropathy. Up to this point, the pain and numbness has been treated using gabapentin with moderate success. With the pain wearing me down and affecting my mobility, I finally decided to make an appointment and learn about this procedure. The stem cell and microvascular tissue treatment was thoroughly explained to me and I was told my chances were good I could walk again without pain. It was surprising, but the procedure was easy and hardly painful. No improvement was expected for at least two weeks, however, within 3 days there was a noticeable improvement. The doctor told me this was normal and that I should see more improvement over the next month. I did, and very soon I was walking totally pain free. The procedure was done in 2024, I feel great and have been walking without problems. My podiatrist is still surprised and can't explain this success. I'm eternally grateful!

Cendant was amazing to work with. I'm a tennis player and was forced to quite because of a torn labrum. I've had ongoing pain for the last year and wasn't able to find a solution. In my consultation with Dr. Lann he suggested a stem cell/ extracellur matrix combo which was the right choice. It's now 4 months post-op and I'm on the court twice per week. This has been a big success and I couldn't be more grateful.

Cendant has changed the course of my life with stem cell treatment for my lower back. I have been dealing with chronic pain and inflammation for 10 years. Cortizone stopped working and my only recommended option had been surgery or pain meds. Dr. Lann introduced me to regenerative medicine with stem cells, exozomes, etc. He was incredibly informative and upfront about expectations for this type of treatment. I'm so appreciative to have found Cendant Stem Cell and give a full recommendation.
